SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. Added features of this material include: good impact strength, good chemical resistance, improved heat resistance, bright white color achievable, UL V-0 rating at 1.5 mm thickness and easy flow ability.

Stanyl® TW341 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heated, stabilized, and lubricated.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 3030/109 GB30 NC0001-00 is a polyamide 6 base polymer with a 30% glass bead filler/additive system, specifically designed for use in automotive and machinery applications. It is high heat stabilized and has excellent easy release (demolding), low warpage, and easy flow characteristics. Typical applications for this material include housings, clothing/fasteners, functional components, and different automotive powertrain parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 3015/100 GK15 is a Polyamide 6-based polymer with a glass bead filler/additive system that has low warpage, heat stabilization, processing stabilization, nucleation, and easy release (demolding) features. This product is suitable for injection molding with melt temperatures between 270-290°C and mold temperatures between 80-100°C and is specifically designed for the automotive market. Its typical applications include housings, functional components, exterior parts, interior decoration/finishing, and clothing/fasteners.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 3030/220 GB30 UV is a polyamide 6 base polymer with a 30% glass bead filler/additive system. It is heat-stabilized, easy to release (demolding), UV-stabilized, and processing-stabilized, making it suitable for use in electrical and electronic, automotive, clothing/fasteners, injection molded parts, electrical components, exterior parts, and interior decoration/finishing market segments. Typical applications include housings, functional components, and operating elements.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2030/326 GF30 UV is a UV stabilized, processing stabilized, and nucleated Polyamide 6 with 30% glass fibers. It is suitable for injection molded parts, electrical components, exterior parts, and interior decoration/finishing applications in the Automotive, Machinery, Building, and Construction, and Sport and Leisure market segments. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing parameters include a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It should be stored dry and protected from light, not above 30°C.
